Users are required to book online and must provide the following information

- Email Address
- Contact Phone Number
- Number of Persons
Campers must follow any lawful directions or instruction from an authorised officer
Campers must be considerate of other RV Park users, visitors and local residents. Any activity that disturbs the quiet enjoyment of others is not permitted.
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, within the RV Park, and any dog waste must be disposed of appropriately in the bins provided onsite.
Generators and amplified music must not be used between the hours of 8.00 PM to 8.00 AM
Open Fires are PROHIBITED all year round. CVRC RV Park is in a rural setting and has significant assets in its track and infrastructure.
The RV Park will be closed on Extreme Fire Danger Days as declared by the Country Fire Service, or relevant authority.
The RV Park will be closed for periods when CVRC is conducting horse racing activities or other sanctioned activities.
The RV Park must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
RV Park users must not deface, foul, damage or inappropriately use any facility provided for use.
RV Park users must dispose of black or grey water only at designated disposal sites – Dump Points.
RV Park users are asked to vacate by 11.00 am on their day of departure.
RV Park users must only camp within the designated booked site and must not camp or park their vehicle on any prohibited areas.
RV Park users must pay the appropriate fees as outlined in the terms and conditions.
Due to evacuation procedures in case of a fire we do not allow campers without a vehicle. No vehicle – No camping

If you are unable to book online, PLEASE do not take a site before MAKING A BOOKING. If for some
reason you are unable to book online please call 0400 046 239 to make your booking. If you take a site which has already been booked you may be asked to move. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
